Balsamic Tabouli Salad


1/2 C of Bulgur

Hot water

A Handful of fresh Herbs

2 Tomatoes

2 Cucumbers

1 Tbsp Olive oil

1/2 Lemon

2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Salt & Pepper


To prepare the bulgar, place it in a glass bowl and pour boiling water over to soak for about 20 minutes. Strain the bulgur and pop in the fridge. While the Bulgur is cooling, chop up your tomatoes and cucumbers. Wash and chop the herb (fresh parsley or cilantro recommended). Mix it all together in a bowl and add your Olive oil, Lemon, Balsamic, Salt & Pepper. Enjoy cold :)
