Chickpea Roast

One can of Chickpeas

1 tsp Paprika

1/2 tsp Cayenne (optional)

1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Cumin

Salt & Pepper

Olive oil

Tomato

Tehina (optional)


Place the chickpeas in a glass oven-safe pan. Evenly sprinkle in all the spices. Drizzle with olive oil and Mix. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 175 C. Put in a bowl with cut up veggies or top over a salad or Buddha bowl. Top with tehina and enjoy!
