Creamy Avo Rice Wraps


1 Large Avocado

2 Carrots

2 Green Onions

2 Tbs Organic Olive oil

1 Tbs Oregano

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Salt & Pepper to taste

Rice Wraps (4 servings)

Fresh Herb Tehina (Optional)


Cut your avocado and green onion, place into a bowl. Shred the carrot and add. Add spices & olive oil for flavorful creaminess. Mix. Wet your rice paper for 10-20 seconds then place on a flat surface. Add 2 spoonfuls of the mixture to the center. The wrap should be sticky and easy to move. Fold in your two end sides, then the left. Roll the wrap all the way to the right, completing your fold.
