1 Avocado
1 Tomato
Organic olive oil
½ tsp Herbamare or salt
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp gram masala
Chop up the avocado and tomato into small bite-sized pieces. Drizzle on a generous amount of organic olive oil. Add salt, gram masala, garlic powder, oregano and pepper to taste. Close the container and Shake it up or stir well. Top this on your favorite rice cake, wrap, cracker, or sourdough!
