2 Frozen Bananas
2 C Frozen Strawberries
1 C Frozen Mango
4 Tbs Chia Seeds
3 Tbs Raw Tehina
Plant based Mylk or H2O
Place all your ingredients in a high speed blender. Add mylk to about an inch below your fruit (add more if you want a thinner consistency- you can always add more, start with less). Blend! If your smoothie isn't blending enough, add more liquid.
Pour and enjoy!
