Crunchy Granola


1 C Oats

Handful of seeds/nuts

(I put almonds, cashews, and raisins)

2 Tbsp Chia seeds

Raisins

1/4 C Quinoa

3 Tbsp Coconut Oil

2 Tbsp Peanut Butter

1-2 Tbsp Silan (date honey)

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Salt to taste


Mix all together in a bowl minus the raisins, put them in last. The quinoa adds an extra crunch to your granola! Evenly spread into a baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Add in the raisins once out of the oven. Save in the refrigerator. Keeps for about a week.
