Crunchy Kale Chips

If you haven't tried this yet, YOU MUST!

Kale

Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper

Wash and dry your kale. De-stem and cut into palm size pieces. In a big bowl place your kale with a drizzle of Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper. Massage the oil into the kale for about 3-5 minutes. Massaging kale helps break down some of the tough, fibrous characteristics of kale. Spread out on a baking sheet so no pieces are on top of the other. Bake in the oven at 300 for 7 minutes then turn around your baking tray and bake again for another 7.

Plate the chips and watch them disappear! These are the crunchiest, most satisfying, healthiest munch! Enjoy!
