2 Bananas
4 Eggs
1/4 tsp Cinnamon (Optional)
4 Tbs Chia Seeds (Optional)
Tiny Sprinkle of Salt
Smash the bananas in a bowl. Crack and check 4 eggs, whisk and add into the bowl. Add cinnamon, chia, and dash of salt. Mix all together. In a frying pan put a tablespoon of coconut oil, wait to heat up. Put about a 1/4 C of the batter in a pan to heat. Cook for about 1 minute each side. Serving suggestions; maple syrup, honey, silan, yogurt, raisins, fresh fruit, chocolate chips, peanut butter, or anything else! Get creative!
