Fresh Herb Tehina


Handful of fresh Dill

Handful of fresh Parsley

Handful of fresh Oregano

1-2 Cloves of Garlic

Salt & Pepper to taste

Tehina to H2O (1:2 ratio)


Easiest, most delicious, fresh way to spice up the everyday tehina. In a blender place all your ingredients and blend. If the tehina is too thick and it's not blending all the way, add small amounts of water at a time, the thinning process is delicate. Feel free to add any other herbs, greens, or spices!
