Fruit Platter

2 Oranges

5 Kiwis

2 handfuls Strawberries

8 Dates

24 Walnuts


If you don't have these specific fruits its all good, use what you have in your home. Remember one thing: Colors. Make sure you have a variety of colors on the platter- delicious for the eyes!

Slice all your fruit. For the oranges I cut them in half, then half again so they wouldn't slide around, then thinly sliced. Kiwis can be sliced full or peeled. The strawberries I quartered. For the dates you can cut them open, remove the pit, check for bugs and stuff 2-3 walnuts (any nut works). Assemble in a circle pattern on a large plate or platter.
