GF Oat Tortillas


2 C GF Oat flour

1 C water

3 Tbs sour dough starter (optional)

Salt


Mix the flour and salt. Separate bowl mix the starter (if you have) and water. Slowly pour the liquid into the flour mixing. Kneed with your hands until a dough forms. Too sticky? Add more flour. Not gathering into one ball? More water. Let sit for 15 min. Pull off golf size balls and roll out with a rolling pin. On a heated pan place the dough and cook until slightly brown. Shouldn't be more than 15-30 seconds, depending on how burnt you like it. These save really well in the freezer! Delicious!
