Green Machine


1 handful of Basil

4 cloves of Garlic

1 Jalapeno

1/4 C Olive Oil

Salt and pepper


Clean and slice the collard greens. Place in a pan with water to steam. Add in the garlic peeled and whole. Steam on low until the greens are wilted and soft, about 10 min. Place in the blender with the basil (washed), oil, salt & pepper. Blend.

Awesome, flavorful and spicy.

Awesome in.a burrito or dipped with chips.
