Jalapeño Garnish

This is the simplest most delicious topping for those who appreciate the spicy!

5 Jalapeños

3 Garlic Cloves

or 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Organic Olive Oil

1/2 tsp Salt

Zaatar other (green) spices *optional

Start by grating or finely shopping your garlic. Add into a mason Jar. Carefully chop up your jalapeños. I cut down the middle vertically, then horizontally, leaving about a cm left uncut so the pepper stayed together. I cut a plus sign into the jalapeño then began slicing so they came out into little quarter chunks. Be careful of touching your face or any openings in your body after, it may burn! Chop up all your jalapeños and add them to the jar. Add in your spices then cover your jalapeños in olive oil. The olive oil and garlic help mellow out the hotness. If you want it less hot you can also choose to not include the seeds from the pepper. The olive oil acts as a preservation allowing you to keep this in the fridge for about a week-10 days. Add this to anything you want a little more fire to!
