7 Tomatoes
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Onion
2 tsp Olive oil
1 Red Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Chili Flakes *optional
Dried Basil for serving *optional
Salt & Pepper
Chop up your onion and garlic while 2 tsp of oil heat up in the pan. Add in your spices and saute for about 3 minutes. Wash and chop all your tomatoes into small pieces. Add them all into a pan on a medium heat. Cook together for about 15 min, stir as needed. Remove from heat, allow to cool. Add Basil on top and enjoy with rice, on sourdough, bread, or in a burrito.
