1 C Dried Peas
2 Onions
3 Potatoes
3 Carrots
3 Cloves of Garlic
Frozen Peas
Salt & Pepper
Soak the dried Peas overnight in hot water. Rinse and drain in the morning. Add to your Crockpot. Slice your carrots, garlic and onions and add. Cut up your potatoes into chunks and add in. Cover with water and put on high for the next 6 hours then low for up to an additional 24 hours. Serving suggestion: a raw drizzle of Tehina on top!
