3 Potatoes
1 Broccoli
2 Eggs
Splash of Mylk
4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp Garlic powder
Salt & pepper
Steam or boil the potatoes and chopped broccoli until they're soft. The broccoli may only need 10-15 minutes, the potatoes will need more, closer to 20-30 min. Allow some time for them to cool. Mash the potatoes in another bowl, then add in the rest of the ingredients and mix in. Use Olive oil on your hands to form the mixture into small patties. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until crispy. Enjoy with a salsa, tehina, ketchup, or alone! Great as a grab and go nourishment.
