Veggie soup
Rice
Water
Tofu
Coconut Oil
Soy Sauce
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper

For the tofu, roughly chop and crumble the tofu into bite sized pieces. I like it to be more random, I feel like it mimics more of a ground meat vibe. (As if I would know- haha- #veggielife) Drop some coconut oil into a pan and add your spices to your oil. Wait one minute for it to heat then drop the tofu into the pan. Add the soy sauce and sauté until crispy on the sides. About 7-15 min. Once your rice is done, serve it up and add your tofu on the top! Enjoy!
