5 Frozen Strawberries
6 Chunks of Frozen Mango
1 Banana
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Oat Mylk
1 Orange
Handful of Almonds, Cranberries & Cashews
Blend up the frozen fruits and chia seeds with your chosen plant based milk. Top off with slices of orange, cranberries and nuts.
Optional to add a drizzle of nut butter.
