Sweetie Cheese Sauce


2 medium Sweeties

2 cloves of Garlic

1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

3 Tbsp Tehina

3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1/2 tsp Paprika

1/2 tsp Chilli Powder

Salt & Pepper

Green Onion Garnish


Gluten free pasta


Roughly dice the sweeties and add them into a boiling pot of water for about 15 minutes or until easily poked with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients into the blender. Drain the sweet potatoes and add. Blend, mix with pasta, garnish, Enjoy!
