Tai Dip Disguised

1/2 Tofu block

2 handfuls of Chard

2 Tbsp Peanut (or any nut) Butter

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

4 Garlic Cloves

1/2 tsp Chili Powder

Salt & Pepper

Red pepper flakes (optional)

Before anything, chop and wash your chard. Add the chard into a pot with enough water to half cover the chard. Wait for the water to boil, turn down the heat and cover for 10 min. Add the rest of your ingredients into the blender along with your chard and blend! Want your dip thicker? Add more tofu or soaked cashews. Too thick, not blending? Try adding a splash of water!

Serving suggestions: mixed into rice with sautéed tofu or on a rice cake with some sliced tomatoes! Enjoy!
