1 Block of Tempeh

Coconut oil
1/2 tsp Gram Masala
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
Hot Pepper Flakes
Silan
Red Pepper
Mushroom
Onion
Broccoli
Red Rice
Thinly slice the Tempeh. Warm up the coconut oil and spices. Once they are warmed and aromatic- for about a minute or two- add in the tempeh slices and saute. I steamed the veggies above and placed on a bed of red rice. Add on your tempeh slices and drizzle with tehina (optional)!
