Handful of the following

Almonds

Cashews

Walnuts

Sunflower seeds

Raisins

Chocolate chips


Mix all together in a bowl. Separate into small jars or bags and throw them in your bag! Perfect source of nourishment if you're out on the road, hiking a trail, or chilling by the water.
