Parsley Dip
2 Handfuls of Parsley
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Tbsp of Nutritional Yeast
1/2 C of Oil (maybe more)
Salt & Pepper
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy! Delicious on sandwiches, on Rice or cakes.
Glorified Hummus
Hummus
2 Tbsp Organic Olive oil
1 tsp Zaatar
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper
Mix the spices with the oil, then spread hummus on bread, cracker, rice cake or wrap. Drizzle the spiced oil over.
Red Pepper Dip
2 Red Peppers
1 Large Eggplant
1 Onion
1/4 Walnuts
1 Tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
Heat up your oil in a saucepan. Dice up your onion and add to the pan. Slice the pepper and add them. Peel the eggplant and dice. Add into the pan. Continue stirring. Add in spices & walnuts. Cook for about 15-25 minutes. Add water to deglaze the pan throughout. Once cooked and cooled, add to a blender and pulse. Enjoy!
