1 head of white Cabbage
3 Green onions
Fresh Herbs (optional)
Grated Carrot (optional)
For the dressing
1/3 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 C Organic Olive Oil
1 Tbs Silan
1 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt and pepper
Slice the cabbage really thin. Slice up your green onions (and any other veggies you like), mix together. For the dressing combine all the ingredients together in a small jar and shake to mix. Dress the salad and serve! This salad is awesome for leftover, the cabbage really soaks up the flavors of the dressing over time. I even like to prepare the salad the night before :)
